Made in Italy
Distributed in New Zealand
While managing one of the world’s largest and most luxurious spas, Harrods Urban Retreat in London from 2002 - 2004, Louise Dickinson was introduced to Guam. Since then Louise has moved back to New Zealand and with a wealth of international expertise opened her own salon, Chrysalis in 2006. She maintained her connection with the Guam Italian team from her time at Harrods, and Guam subsequently granted her the distribution rights for their products in New Zealand.

Guam mud
From a deep love for the sea and his expertise in cosmetics, Egidio Siena (the founder of Guam) developed a formulation based on this finest seaweed (fior fiore d’Alga), enriched with plant extracts and other natural ingredients, resulting in a mud. This is how Guam Seaweed Mud was born, and it has been used and appreciated worldwide ever since.
Results
To verify its effectiveness, Egidio Siena conducted numerous tests, including one involving a group of 36 women who applied Guam Seaweed Mud to their thighs and buttocks for 45 minutes a day over the course of a month. The women who participated in the test were amazed: from the very first applications, they observed a visible reduction in cellulite imperfections, skin fat deposits, and swelling, which also led to an overall sense of well-being.
Surveys
Between 2006 and 2013, three GFK Eurisko surveys were conducted on consumers of anti-cellulite products. Guam Seaweed Mud ranked first for its benefits. These surveys revealed that Guam Seaweed Mud is the product that delivers the best results against cellulite: 74% of users reported effective results such as reduced fat deposits and cellulite, decreased thigh circumference, firmer and more elastic skin, and an overall sense of well-being, with visible results from the very first applications
